Knowledge-sharing and educational forum series

CERV-F3-2024-0981
Marom Budapest Association (Open Spaces Network)
Budapest

The aim of the initiative is to promote knowledge sharing and education, as well as to ensure access to knowledge not only for members of the Free Spaces network but also for any civil society organization or professional.
The program supports the strengthening of the civil sector, the development of its operations, and the enhancement of its cohesion. In addition, by creating a shared platform and program structure, it aims to reinforce fundamental European values that all civil actors should keep in mind.
To achieve these goals, a series of six open and freely accessible forums will be organized.
The planned events will address current social and human rights issues, including topics such as accessibility, equal opportunities, freedom of expression, and active civic participation.
The knowledge generated through the forums will be available online in two formats — video and written — and will be complemented by a digital, interactive workbook. The project also includes a comprehensive communication campaign aimed at promoting the forum series.
The theoretical and practical knowledge acquired during the forums can be integrated into the everyday operations of participating organizations, thereby supporting the broader realization of the intended social impacts.
Moreover, the events will provide opportunities for establishing new collaborations and strengthening relationships between organizations that address similar target groups and challenges.
