Advocacy groups and organisations face many challenges and are often isolated from each other, too. With the help of trainings, workshops, coaching and board games as well as publications the project will strengthen the civic initiatives operating in different parts of the country, and will build a network among their members. The trainings planned according to the needs of the organizations offer opportunities for development in different areas, and initiatives active in advocacy can learn about the histories of their movements through publications, trainings and workshops. The leaders of the communities will be provided with several online coaching sessions to help them handle challenges facing their organizations. The developments will directly reach and strengthen 60 organizations and more than 360 employees, volunteers, and activists of these organizations. The foundation also develops its own capacities, primarily in the fields of communication and finance, which will improve the effectiveness of their professional work in the future.
