Journalist's Association of Eger
Heves megye

The aim of the initiative is to create a well-equipped community studio in the Eger area which can be used free of charge 7/24. The programme involves young people, who can use the studio to acquire up-to-date skills in making podcasts, vlogs, blogs, while learning good practices of responsible and ethical community journalism such as media literacy and critical thinking, as well as public affairs and current public issues.

In addition to the technical upgrades to the HumanBodyText studio, they will organise courses among others on basic skills such as video and audio editing and the basics of journalism. Editorial teams will be formed and mentored by the studio to produce content. The editors evaluate the finished media products and award "Qoolity" prize.

Live events, influencer meet-ups and debates, as well as a Christmas media party, will take place on several occasions, in addition to opening and closing events.

The success of the initiative is indicated by the creation of 'small circles of thought' and the subsequent emergence of the project's participants as role models in their own communities, helping spread media literacy, among other things.
