The aim of the project is for two young volunteers and team members of E-tanoda to participate in a two-week study visit to Finland, where they will examine best practices in supporting disadvantaged youth, volunteer coordination, and inclusive education. During the study visit, they will primarily visit organizations in Helsinki, Espoo, Tampere, and Jyväskylä, which are at the forefront of youth work and social integration.
The knowledge and methods gained during the study visit will be applied in a domestic context within the framework of the E-tanoda program, which focuses on the social and educational integration of disadvantaged youth. Furthermore, the participants aim to establish long-term international partnerships and introduce innovative solutions in the field of youth work in Hungary.
Another key objective of the project is the wide dissemination of the experiences and insights gained. To this end, the participants will organize social media campaigns, attend external events, and lead communication campaigns to share best practices and methods with other organizations and professionals in Hungary. As a result, the project contributes not only to the personal and professional growth of the participants but also to the overall development of the domestic youth sector.
